The Konditi Foundation is a private organization established to promote, develop, assist and grow the communities and causes supported by the Konditi Family. The patriarchs of the Konditi family, GN & Linda Konditi, lived lives that valued education, personal accomplishment, service to community, adventure, integrity and spiritual growth. His children, their spouses and their own children, continue to build this legacy individually and as part of the Konditi Foundation.

GN Konditi believed in ‘lifetime education’ and was perpetually engaged in studying to improve his understanding of the law and his field. He also constantly studied the Bible to enhance his spiritual life. He sponsored dozens of youth to get their primary and secondary education, and inspired many to pursue higher education abroad and in Kenya.

The Foundation was co-founded by their grand-daughter, Taylor, and her father, Thomas.

The Board of the Konditi Foundation comprises the children of GN & LG Konditi, with officers and members from the extended family.
